Sam is a Certified Red Seal Welder and Fabricator with more than fifteen years of experience across major construction and energy projects. He has led large welding and fabrication teams on some of North America’s most significant construction sites, including the Oakridge development. His background includes oil and gas pipeline work and large-scale structural projects. Sam is recognized for technical precision, disciplined leadership, and the ability to maintain quality under demanding conditions.

Justin is widely respected for operational leadership and field execution. He is frequently engaged to troubleshoot and resolve complex work change orders, deficiencies, and coordination challenges. His strength lies in restoring project momentum, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring corrective scopes are executed efficiently and professionally.

Juice brings rare and valuable expertise as both a Red Seal Welder and certified deep-sea diver with global project experience. His work in marine, subsea, and remote environments provides Darkside with capabilities few firms can offer. His leadership on large welding teams and performance in high-risk environments strengthens the company’s ability to handle technically demanding scopes.
